A buyer decides how they feel about a house in the first few photographs. ListingsPrep
makes sure those are the right ones, in the right order, with the words already written —
so every listing you put out looks like your best work, and the afternoon it used to cost
goes back to you.
The afternoon nobody bills for
- Sorting forty frames into rooms
- Deciding which of six near-identical kitchen shots to keep
- Picking the one that leads the listing
- Writing a caption for each, and the description for the sheet
- Looking up the parcel record, the schools, what is genuinely walkable
- Getting it in front of the broker, and then the seller, for sign-off — and back again
None of it is hard and all of it is slow, which is the worst combination there is: too
fiddly to hand to somebody else, too long to fit between showings. It costs you twice —
the listing goes up days after it could have, and the agent who assembled it spent the
afternoon in front of a folder rather than the next seller.
What it costs
Charged once, per listing, the first time you take the work out of it — exporting the
set, or sending it for review, whichever comes first. Resharing and re-exporting are
free. A social media reel costs a fraction of what a marketing agency charges. No seat
count, no minimum, no subscription.
Questions
Do I own my photos, and what happens to them?
Yes — everything you upload and everything the software writes from it is yours. We store your photographs to run the service and to show them to people you've given access to, and send them to a language model to describe them. We don't train on them, use them to promote ListingsPrep, or show them to anyone else. Camera originals are released 30 days after a listing was last worked on; your own copies, and everything you've already exported, are unaffected.
Is there a subscription?
No. You're charged once per listing, the first time you export it or send it for review — after that, exporting again, resharing, or sending a second reviewer is free for anyone on your team. No seat count, no minimum, and nothing on a schedule.
What if I don't like how it ordered the photos?
Drag any photo to a new position and the rest reflow around it, or tell the direction chat what you want changed — lead with the view, keep a fixer's condition honest, drop anything with people in frame. It rescores from what you say, not just how you drag.
Does it handle a property with an ADU or guest house?
Yes — mention it in the brief, or tag it afterward, and ListingsPrep keeps that dwelling's photos in their own room sequence rather than mixing an ADU kitchen into the main house's.
Can I get my data out, or close my account?
Every listing and its photographs can be exported from inside the app at any time. Ask us to off-board your brokerage and we remove its listings, its people and every photograph, keeping only the billing records we need to account for what was invoiced.
Does this export straight to my MLS?
Not yet — export gives you a sequence-numbered, ready-to-upload set plus captions, the description and neighborhood facts, built for whichever MLS you use. Uploading there today is one more step on your side.
